Had a fantastic stay, as always. the venue is lovely and stunning, featuring wonderfully friendly staff. the location is unbeatable and easily accessible to other areas, plus it’s close to the beach and shops.

The location was marvellous and tranquil, 30 km to Brisbane airport, perfectly reachable. The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had amazing dishes.

Arriving at reception was a bit frustrating since I waited for a while without any acknowledgment. the spacious and clean room exceeded my expectations. Loved the restaurant and room service. There were some minor cleanliness issues, but overall, it was a pleasant experience with great staff and convenient parking.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and found it to be an excellent venue for important corporate events, including conferences and cocktail functions.

I enjoyed a warm breakfast with a wide array of options. the meal was outstanding, and the service was very good. I appreciated the late check-out and found the staff to be efficient. the location is lovely and stunning, with restaurants nearby for breakfast.

This hotel is in a great central spot near the nightlife, featuring modern rooms with excellent showers, comfy carpets, and fantastic facilities.

The hotel in Cleveland is fancy and stunningly beautiful. the staff in the restaurant provide attentive customer service. the room is spacious, well-appointed, and fully equipped. the shower is good and the air conditioning works well. It's a perfect and comfortable location near a local museum. the airport is only a 28-minute ride away.

the room was clean and spacious. the bed and pillows were super comfy. it’s close to the tavern - which is great for live music. the chocolates on the bed were a nice touch. the receptionist really helped me with the washing machine issue.
